Day 01: Arrival in Delhi
Our executive on arrival at New Delhi International Airport help you in checking into your pre-booked hotel. Overnight stay at a hotel in Delhi.
Day 02: Delhi Sight-Seeing
After Breakfast, start your discoveries in Delhi by visiting Old Delhi first.
Delhi is a mesmerizing city holding the magic of old & charm of new and has been the seat of an empire for almost 500 years. Through the centuries, eight cities have been built on this site, by Hindu, Mughal and British rulers, each adding to their own flavor.
During your visit to Old Delhi, stop at Raj Ghat, a monument where Father of Nation Mahatma Gandhi was cremated. Drive past the Red Fort & visit Jama Masjid, the largest mosque in India. Optional you can take a short ride by rickshaw through the crowded lanes of the Chandni Chowk market.
Its time for Lunch & you can try one of the famous Indian Restaurants - Chor Bizaare for ethnic Indian cuisines.
Afternoon sightseeing of New Delhi which is in complete contrast to Old Delhi. The British planned & laid out the broad, tree-lined avenues and neat street grid of New Delhi. Today the former "Imperial City" continues as the center of government for the world's largest democracy, while you will drive past the buildings of India's Parliament and President House. Nearby you will visit the India Gate, where a beautifully landscaped park surrounds a memorial to Indian soldiers who served Great Britain in World War I and Britain's 19th-century war in Afghanistan. Also visit Qutab Minar, a spectacular 234-foot-high tower built in 12th century which is a UNESCO World Heritage site and also well known as the symbol of New Delhi. Overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 03: Delhi - Agra (204 kms/4 hrs drive)
After Breakfast at Hotel check-out & drive to Taj City of Agra.
Just before you entering Agra you will visit the massive red-sand stone sturcture of Tomb of Emporer Akbar better known as Sikandra.
On your arrival in Agra, you would be checked into a hotel where you can have light refreshments and relax a bit before you go out to see the wonderful city of Agra. Agra Tourism welcomes you in Agra.
Agra has numerous attractions other than just Taj Mahal. You can visit the Agra Fort where you can see superb buildings and the Itmad-ul-Daulah Tomb which is also known as Baby Taj. It was built by Noor Jahan in the memory of her father.
Taj Mahal is beautiful sight at sunrise. Taj is a fabulous monument. It was built by Moghul Emperor Shah Jahan in memory of her beloved wife Noor-jahan. Also is there the impressive Agra fort where Emporer Shah Jahan spent his last days imprisoned by his son, Aurangzeb. Overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 04: In Agra
Post breakfast depart for sight seeing visiting:
Taj Mahal: is a mausoleum located in Agra, India, built by Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan in memory of his favorite wife, Mumtaz Mahal. The Taj Mahal (also "the Taj") is considered the finest example of Mughal architecture, a style that combines elements from Persian, Ottoman, Indian, and Islamic architectural styles. In 1983, the Taj Mahal became a UNESCO World Heritage Site and was cited as "the jewel of Muslim art in India and one of the universally admired masterpieces of the world's heritage."Golden Triangle Tours
Agra Fort: Agra Fort is a UNESCO World Heritage site located in Agra, India. The fort is also known as Lal Qila, Fort Rouge and Red Fort of Agra. It is about 2.5 km northwest of its much more famous sister monument, the Taj Mahal. The fort can be more accurately described as a walled palatial city. It is the most important fort in India. The great Mughals Babur, Humayun, Akbar, Jehangir, Shah Jahan and Aurangzeb lived here, and the country was governed from here. It contained the largest state treasury and mint. It was visited by foreign ambassadors, travelers and the highest dignitaries who participated in the making of history in India

Day 05: Agra - Bharatpur - Fatehpur Sikri - Abhaneri (165 kms/4 hrs drive)
After early breakfast, check out and depart for Abhaneri village en route visit:
Bharatpur: is a city in the Indian state of Rajasthan. It was founded by Maharaja Suraj Mal in 1733. Located in Mewat region, Bharatpur was once an impregnable, well-fortified city, and the capital of a kingdom ruled by Jat maharajas. The trio of Bharatpur, Deeg and Dholpur has played an important part in the Jat history of Rajasthan. Arrive and visit Keoladeo National Park & enjoy a Rickshaw ride inside the park.
Keoladeo National Park: declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO, the duck-hunting reserve of the Maharajas is one of the major wintering areas for large numbers of aquatic birds from Afghanistan, Turkmenistan, China and Siberia. Some 364 species of birds, including the rare Siberian Crane, have been recorded in the park. The name "Keoladeo" is derived from the name of an ancient Hindu temple devoted to Lord Shiva in the sanctuary's central zone while the Hindi term "Ghana" implies dense, thick areas of forest cover.
Fatehpur Sikri: The name, Fateh (Arabic origin), which means victory in Urdu and Persian too, of the place came after Mughal Emperor Babur defeated Rana Sanga in a battle at a place called Khanwa (about 40 KM from Agra). Then Mughal Emperor Akbar wanted to make Fatehpur Sikri his headquarters. So he built this majestic fort. But due to shortage of water, he had to ultimately move his headquarters to Agra Fort. After the blessing of Sufi Saint Salim Chisti, Akbar was blessed with a male child who became the heir to his throne. He was named Salim (after the name of Sufi Saint Salim), later to become Emperor Jehangir. The tomb "Salim Chisti Ka Mazar" was built in honor of Sufi saint Salim Chishti in 1571 by Akbar. Later continue to drive for Abhaneri.
Abhaneri: Abhaneri is a small town village, situated at a distance of 95 kms before Jaipur, on Agra –Jaipur road. The place is popular for the amazing 'Baoris' (step wells) and Harshat Mata Temple. The village of Abhaneri is believed to be established by the King Raja Chand. Originally Abhaneri was named as Abha Nagri, which means the city of brightness.
Arrive Abhaneri and you stay is a highlight of this trip for it being a a unqiue experience where your connect yourself to real India - India lives in villages. Check in Deluxe Camps set up in the picturesque countryside. These Camps are equipped with all modern facilties viz attached bathroom with running hot & cold water.

Day 06: Abhaneri - Jaipur (80 kms/2 hrs drive)
Later visit the Famour Abhaneri Stepwell called Chand Baoli, belonging to the 11th century AD. This stepwells is a marvel of architecture & has beautifully carved panels inserted into the sides. The steps, in sets of 4 or 5, are in the shape of an inverted 'V'. The carved stone pillars, which are somewhat damaged now, were once strong enough for supporting pulleys to draw water. Several storeyed verandahs surround this beautiful stepwell. Also visit the Harshat Mata Goddess Temple near by belonging to the 9th Century. Later depart for Jaipur. On arrival check in at Hotel.
Jaipur: Jaipur was founded in 1727 by Maharaja Sawai Jai Singh II, a Kachwaha Rajput, who ruled from 1699-1744. Initially his capital was Amber (city), which lies at a distance of 11 km from Jaipur. He felt the need of shifting his capital city with the increase in population and growing scarcity of water. Jaipur is the first planned city of India. Jaipur Tourism welcomes you to Jaipur.
Afternoon visit Jantar Mantar: The Observatory, a remarkable astronomical and astrological observatory built in the 18th century. The giant sundials here are still accurate to two-tenths of a second! Evening visit the local colorful bazaars of Jaipur including photo-shoot stop of Palace on Winds which is also refered as “Hawa Mahal” from outside.
Hawa Mahal: an elaborate building encrusted with delicate honeycomb screens and carved balconies from behind which the royal ladies could watch the market activities below. For Dinner, you have an option of attending a Cultural Show in Jaipur along with Indian Speciality Dinner served in "Thali (plate) at Chokhi Dhani Ethnic Village Resort located on the outskirts of Jaipur. Day 07: Jaipur
Post breakfast, enjoy an excursion for sightseeing tour of Jaipur’s Amber Fort-Palace located about 30 min drive from main city.
Enjoy an decorated Elephant ride to reach up to the Fort, a stunning and well-preserved 16th-century structure, built on four levels. Visit its many many splendors amongst which is Sheesh Mahal, a small room whose ceiling, covered with tiny mirrors that looks like a sky filled with brilliant stars. Here, in Rajput times, a dancing girl held candles during a dance of love for her Maharaja.
Afternoon visit the famous City Palace of Jaipur: the main palace is an imposing blend of traditional Rajasthan and Mughal architecture. The vast palace complex occupies one seventh of the walled city of Jaipur. The complex is divided into a series of courtyards, sprawling gardens and buildings. It is home to several palatial structures like the Chandra Mahal, Mubarak Mahal, Badal Mahal, Shri Govind Dev Temple and the City Palace Museum which is filled with an array of textiles, arms, carpets, paintings and manuscripts. Evening you have time free to explore the pink city on your own & independent activities. Overnight stay at Hotel.
Day 08: Jaipur - Delhi (265 kms/6 hrs drive) or FLY to BOM
Today is the last day of your Golden Triangle tour Package. After Breakfast, check-out & drive back to Delhi. In case you have a evening flight, You would be transferred to airport for boarding a flight for your onward journey. In case you have a next day flight you can opt to stay overnight in Delhi with next day departure transfer to International Airport.
