Jaisalmer Fort

Patwon Ki Haveli
This Haveli is situated in Jaisalmer city, it was constructed by businessman Guman Chand for his five sons. It took 50 years to build this building. Now it is located in the office of the Archaeological Survey of India and the Department of Craft, it is 5-story large scale. The building has large corridors, it has beautiful decorations and carvings on the walls. Promotion of these havelis in Rajasthan Tourism is an important part. Looks like this is protecting the mansion. The interesting story of this haveli is that the architects of this haveli were two brothers; their name Hathi and Lulu started construction of this haveli. In those days there was no such instrument that would take regularity check and thus when the building was built, in the end, its shape was irregular.
